SyncM8 ("we", "the service") provides an integration between ServiceM8 and LeadConnector. This policy explains what we process and why.

What we process

OAuth tokens for your ServiceM8 account and your CRM location, stored encrypted at rest (AES-GCM).
Account and location identifiers needed to route events between the two systems.
Event metadata - the object type, record UUID, and changed field names of records that change in ServiceM8. We do not retain record contents beyond what is needed to relay an event.

How we use it

Solely to deliver the sync you configured: relaying ServiceM8 changes to your CRM workflows and executing CRM workflow actions against the ServiceM8 API. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Retention & deletion

Tokens and connection records persist while your integration is connected. Disconnecting ServiceM8 or uninstalling the app removes the associated credentials. To request deletion, email support@blackbull.ai.

Security

The service runs on Cloudflare Workers. Tokens are encrypted before storage and transmitted only over TLS.
